Our current Sales & Marketing Manager is retiring after 27 years of great service to Hotstart. While we have strong internal candidates, we are seeking external candidates who can bring new experience and skills to strengthen our team and grow our revenue, especially with mission critical facilities like data centers. This involves identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and formulating plans to drive revenue growth. This position reports to to the CEO and serves on the senior leadership team. It is based at our Spokane HQ for close collaboration with all teams.
